COMPVECS - Version 1.2

Description

Program COMPVECS finds differences among redundant vectors in a G-file.
It needs a horzizontal bluebook with *80* position data.

Command line usage:
   compVecs
where:
   horizontal bluebook with *80* records
   GPS file with redundant baseline observations
   at the user's discretion
Entering "compVecs" with other than three parameters displays brief usage.
Prompts in a Windows DOS box usage:
   compVecs (user is queried for filenames)
